A sorority girl whose glamorous mugshot went viral last week has been arrested a second time. University of Georgia student Lily Stewart, 20, was arrested by university police on misdemeanor charges of obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling early Sunday morning, TMZ reports. She was initially booked into jail at 5.26am, but quickly posted a bond of $4,000 and was released from custody shortly before 11am, according to records obtained by PEOPLE.
