I’ve decided to celebrate March 25th as the day to remind myself that anything is possible. Setting the scene of 2020 - we had just entered lockdown and then I was dropped by my then label. And all the sudden I’m getting texts and notifications because #BillieEilish released this list of 5 songs that inspired her song #BadGuy and my little song is on it. I think I couldn’t fully process it at the moment because I was in survival mode and there was a lot happening … but I got a reminder about this the other day and I thought to myself … I want to take this in and celebrate it. To make music and inspire someone like that is a HUGE honor. I’ll forever be proud to sit on this list. When I think about the week I’ve had with my new song it makes me really excited to keep going. Who knows what could happen. But nothing can happen if we never try. And so here’s to all the crazy dreams that live in our heart.
