🏐❗️ Russian Passing (Turn and run: quick feet) (30 sec and switch x 2) INTRO THIS: • 3 players with 2 balls. • 1 tosser on the net and the 2nd tosser at the end line. • Player 3 is the passer and starts in the middle of the 2 targets. • Tosser 1 tosses a ball at mid-level, with an arch at the bottom of their neck forcing the passer to move backwards to pass. • We want the passer using fast feet, NO LIFTING UP, but staying in low posture to stay behind the ball and pass back to the tosser. • The passer immediately turns around and the 2nd tosser will be tossing the same type of ball, forcing the passer to move 2-3 steps back, staying behind the ball. • For this drill, the passer is not allowed to open up to pass; they must use their feet to stay behind the ball. I would rather the ball hit them than the passer opening up or attempting to set this ball. • 30 seconds each; everyone goes 2x thru #VolleyballGrind #BallControl #TrainHard #LiberoCamp
