Detectives have been investigating a report of grand theft in which a landlord had properly instructed tenants in her rental property to move out. After move out, the landlord conducted inventory and noticed over $14,000 worth of items missing from the home. Follow up investigation led to a search warrant executed at the suspects’ new residence in Stevenson Ranch where detectives recovered most of the victim’s property. A male and female were arrested for grand theft and booked into the station, where they were later released on bond.
