CHICAGO! We need to have a conversation… Why are our Chicken Caesar Wraps not made with the same love and attention to detail into our wraps that most of our beloved dishes get? Sure, it’s very basic and not a native food for “true Chicagoans” but we’ve found ways to improve other foods, so why not the chicken Caesar wrap. If I’m way off here, then please let me know who is making a wrap that would make me proud. And please don’t confuse my critiques for not being a fan of kokoschicago.
