Sherifa Hady rides a Harley. Her advice is just as bold: “Self-drive your career.” Born in the UK with Egyptian roots, Sherifa once dreamed of inventing something that would change the world. “I didn’t achieve that,” she says, “but I work for a company that does.” In her 25 years at HPE, Sherifa has built something lasting — a legacy of mentorship, impact, and kindness. She’s most proud of the careers she’s helped shape, of running a half marathon, and raising funds for books for a school in Kenya. Early in her career, Sherifa was rejected from engineering roles because of her gender. At HPE, she found a culture that values talent, curiosity, and growth.
