As we move forward, we need to destigmatize the vocabulary that is commonly used. Without unions we wouldn’t even have weekends or lunch breaks, after all. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING: Negotiating our contract as a group; by banding together we ensure that our voices are heard and needs are met.
