💫 The More You Know 🌈 Only 10% of educators would strongly recommend the profession to a young adult. Who is going to teach the next generation after all the current teachers retire? There’s already college teaching program who have had to shut down due to the lack of students choosing education as a career. What can we do to make this better? We need to win collective bargaining to help improve the working and learning conditions in our state. VEA is currently working with and supporting locals across the state to win collective bargaining in their region.
