💫 The More You Know 🌈 80% of educators indicate that burnout is a serious problem. What makes teachers burn out? More work and less time to do it in. With collective bargaining, we will have a direct say in our working conditions, staffing, and curriculum. VEA is currently working with and supporting locals across the state to win collective bargaining in their region.
