🫣🫣🫣 🤯 $9,037 under the national average? That’s just awful! It’s time our voices be heard across the state. VEA is currently working with and supporting locals across the state to win collective bargaining in their region. The more collectively bargained locals in Virginia, the more rights we have to make changes across the state. 🗣 Collective Bargaining is the ability and legal right of employees to sit down with their employer and negotiate the terms and conditions of their contracts/employment. Become an HEA member and help continue the fight to help our profession across the state. 💻 Want to know more? Check out the VEA fund our future campaign site.
