😬😬😬 🤯 According to a Virginia Commonwealth University Poll— 70% of Virginians say public schools do not have enough funding to meet their needs. VEA is currently working with and supporting locals across the state to win collective bargaining in their region. The more collectively bargained locals in Virginia, the more rights we have to make changes across the state. 🗣 Collective Bargaining is the ability and legal right of employees to sit down with their employer and negotiate the terms and conditions of their contracts/employment.
