The union will make recommendations within the parameters of the existing budget. 🚫 Striking— Public employees in Virginia are prohibited from striking. According to VA law, participating in a strike automatically terminates your employment. 🚫 Forced Unions—Collective bargaining does not mean you must pay union dues in order to benefit.
