Getting back into shape!🏃🏽‍♀️💙🤍 Lately I’ve been a little lazy getting back into shape. I’ve started using the @nikerunning app again for guided runs, especially on my longer runs. I love how it gives me a plan with an options of 3-5 runs to choose from. 10 out of 10 recommend if you’re trying to get into running! Workout: 5min warm up 3x1:00 mile pace 3x2:00 5K pace 2x1:00 mile pace 2x2:00 5K pace 1x1:00 mile pace 1x2:00 5K pace 3min cool down Recovery periods: - 60s rest after each 1min interval - 90s rest after each 2min interval Try this run, you’ll end up running and walking close to 4miles depending on your pace. The workout is around 40min long.
