The attraction’s Agricultural Sciences team employs innovative growing techniques, including vertical growing systems and aeroponics. The produce is then used at multiple restaurants across the Walt Disney World Resort. The tomato tree was impressive! It's the same variety of tomato as the tree that holds the world record for producing over 32,000 tomatoes! The sample tomato I ate was the best I've ever had.
