ELIMINATE Knee Pain 👇🏾 🙅🏾♂️
1️⃣ Terminal Knee Extension
2️⃣ Heel/Toe Taps
3️⃣Spanish Squats
4️⃣ ATG Split Squats
You can do these as a warm up before your lift or training. Or use them directly as exercises if the pain is to excessive for you to lift.
The most common cause of knee pain is often linked to improper firing of the hip and quadriceps muscles.
When these muscles don’t function correctly, it can lead to imbalances that place undue stress on the knee joint.
The hips help stabilize the pelvis, and when they’re weak or inactive, the knees take on more load than they are designed to handle.
Similarly, weak or poorly firing quadriceps can cause improper knee tracking, leading to pain and injury.
Strengthening and activating these muscles can help alleviate knee pain and prevent further damage.
