4 Strategies to Get Into Flow: 👇🏾
1) Choose Joy: Engage in activities that make you happy. Whether that means listening to a playlist calling your mom before the game etc. do whatever loosens you up.
In game JOY:
For me I love dribbling so while I do my best to follow the teams game plan I also trying to dribble players to make the game fun for me.
2) Complete Focus & Quiet Mind: Eliminate distractions and stay present. Practice mindfulness to sustain attention.
I like to sit down before my game and imagine moments in my game where I will mostly receive the ball. Then when I receive the ball I’m already comfortable on it.
3) Trust Yourself: Stretch your boundaries and trust your training and abilities.
You have to believe in yourself because if you don’t than who will?
4) Set Clear Goals: Keep your objectives in sight to maintain focus.
Understanding game tactics and what you must do individually as a player helps you play better focus.
