【滙豐160週年：國際婦女節】 今日係國際婦女節，適逢滙豐160週年，我哋想藉住呢個機會分享一啲歷史小故事。 1915年，《銀行家》雜誌曾經講過：「女性是否有資格擔任高層，這個問題在今時今日來說實在太過前衛。」 而喺評論刊登前嘅七年前（1908年），滙豐銀行已經喺上海分行聘請咗第一位女僱員喇！喺1970年代，滙豐香港業務開創咗女性擔任分行經理嘅機會。經過一個世紀期間嘅蛻變，滙豐聘請咗數以萬計嘅優秀女性，並見證住佢哋嘅精彩職業生涯。 滙豐致力推動多元共融文化，持續增加女性喺高層領導職位嘅比例，亦係我哋嘅長期策略之一。 2025年，聯合國國際婦女節嘅主題 — 「為所有女性和女孩：權利、平等、賦權」。喺呢一日，我哋向全球各地嘅女領導、董事會成員、隊員、客戶同社區夥伴致敬。 #滙豐 #國際婦女節 【HSBC 160th Anniversary : International Women’s Day】 As we celebrate HSBC’s 160 Years of Great Stories in Hong Kong, we would like to share a little piece of history on International Women’s Day.
