I live downtown and go for walks quite often so I've been visiting the Bay to see what's what. There's still no liquidation discounts specifically, although most things have some kind of deal. 15% to 60% off regularly marked prices. 30% off seems to be the sweet spot. There's very little of the 'Canada' stock left, and no striped stuff, at least at the downtown location. A ton of other people also visiting for the same reasons.
