LEG WORKOUT (Save for Later) ⬇️
- Seated Leg Curl (4x8-12) + Drop Set Each Set
- Smith Machine Squat (3x6-10)
- Adduction Machine (3x8-12)
- Calf Press Superset w/ Weighted Ab Crunch (3x8-12)
This workout wasn’t particularly “optimal”, but that’s not what I’m trying to accomplish while I’m away. I used to higher intensity techniques to cram a decent bit of volume in a shorter amount of time with the limited equipment I had. It was supposed to be a hamstring day, hence much higher volume of ham curls!
