In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, Trojan Alumni spent the day at angelislandstatepark on a special VIP tour of angelislandimmigrationstation. We learned about the incredible journey of immigrants worldwide, their stories engraved in the walls, and intricate exhibits breathing life into a past not too long ago. We also had the opportunity to tour the newly renovated hospital and a special exhibit on Japanese Americans incarcerated on Angel Island During World War II.
