Throughout my entire time creating videos on YouTube, across multiple channels, I have struggled with consistency. This channel has had over 20,000 subscribers for two years, with over 14 million views in total, but has not gotten the watch hours to Google AdSense monetization yet. Why? A lack of consistency.
