They went to Virginia Beach not having the most athletes in the field, but every one who traveled contributed to the Huskies earning their first spot on the podium in school history. It started with a 1-2 finish in the pole vault by twins amanda_moll_ & hana_moll_ , then a gritty eighth place finish by their distance medley relay team. It ended with a fifth and sixth place finish in the mile by aminamaat.oug and chloefoersterr, capped off by a scrappy fourth place finish by Maatoug in the 3000 meters less than an hour after the mile.
