We’ve done a lot together, and it’s all been a core memory for me and a big reason I’ve been excited to show up to work each morning. She brought everything: the fun, the passion, and when needed, the hammer. Thanks to her leadership, mentorship and friendship, I’ve grown immensely in my role at work, taking on new responsibilities, growing new skills, learning how to receive and give feedback, and most importantly how to still be a human outside of work with goals and personal time spent away from the office.
