To say I’m proud of adambeck5 is an understatement. He braved the storm and completed his first ultramarathon - surviving an all-night effort in the Texas heat in the middle of a ranch. All while keeping his eyes focused and mind focused on growing closer to Christ. Crewing and pacing him is one of the greatest memories not just of this year, but of my life. He was easy to work with, and we made quite the team as I kept him moving throughout the night. ⚡️ He even let me tag along for 15 of those miles, which he led and showed me the way through the pitch darkness. We were able to watch the sunrise on his final lap and see him earn his medal from nickbarefitness Saturday morning. 🏅 An impressive feat.
