Race Month 5-of-12 โœ”๏ธ Itโ€™s truly a special memory getting to crush a 5K PR in your town where you know the running route and can push yourself more ๐Ÿš€ Hereโ€™s a few ways I was able to PR without planning on it: ๐Ÿ‰ Ate good quality foods leading up to the race. Iโ€™m eating a lot more protein and carbing up around workouts ๐Ÿ’ฆ Lots of hydration throughout the week, especially the morning of the race ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Leg strength workouts are finally back in my lifting routine.
