well we’ve reached the point of social distancing where i’m now smiling at my phone while holding dumbbells. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ anyway 👀, this has been my favorite made-up-on-the-spot workout these past couple of weeks so you’re gonna want to save this one for later (or now.) whenever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ 5 rounds | 20 reps of each — banded reverse lunge to shoulder press (could use dumbbells for this also) — alternating hammer curl to bicep curl — squat to standing oblique crunch — upright row to lateral raise — jump squats — single leg down dog to mountain climber ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ give it a try and let me know whatcha think! . . . . .
