#SoreSpring is long and hard for college soccer players. One would think Off-Season is easier but it’s harder in many ways. We’ve capitalized on more available hours to spend a LOT of time on culture. If your team culture is good, it’s easy to become complacent and assuming all the great work and leadership that built your foundation will carry the culture is naive. It takes constant work, constant growth, constant connections and communication. This spring has been what we feel is a phenomenal growth period for our culture.
