We finally had the chance to experience a Soil to Soul dinner this week—and it was truly something special. soiltosoulusa Antonin, more than a chef, is a steward of flavor and community. He curates unforgettable gatherings centered around intentionally sourced, local ingredients. Each course is a thoughtful composition—blending familiar flavors with seasonal produce, sustainably raised meats and fish, and beautifully foraged or fermented elements. These dinners are about more than food. They offer a rare opportunity to connect with the stories of the farmers, ranchers, and artisans behind every ingredient—and just as meaningfully, with one another. There’s something quietly magical about passing vibrant, family-style dishes down a long table to new friends. The best way I can describe it? Deliciously nourishing.
