A New Jersey police chief is under fire for allegedly creating a toxic work environment at his North Bergen department. Robert Farley Jr is accused of spiking his coworkers' coffee with Viagra and Adderall, defecating on the floors, sticking a hypodermic needle into an officer's p*nis, sneaking hot peppers into coworkers' food, sending s*x toys and gay pride flags to an officer's home, throwing eggs 'in fits of anger,' and shaving his body hair over peoples' property and food.
