This was about meeting people who truly saw and embraced me for who I am. Walking into recruitment, I was both nervous and excited, but the SKs I met put me at ease with their authenticity and genuine interest in getting to know me beyond the surface. Over time, Sigma Kappa has become my safe haven. Growing up I didn’t have sisters, but I have definitely found them here! My sorority family has become my second family, with my big, little, and gbig becoming my real sisters. For me, choosing Sigma Kappa was about finding a community that values real connections.
