After competing throughout the indoor season unattached, Simon Heys has returned to representing the Quakers of Wilmington College (Ohio) and did it in style. He is now only the 20th man ever in Division III history to go Sub-14 after his 13:57.87 in the 6th section of the 5000m at Raleigh Relays. #RaleighRelays
