I do a lot of interval work in my training. It’s my favorite way to get my intensity in. Set the bar high and see if I can repeat it.
Here’s a fun set I did this week:

10 cal ski
10 cal row
10 GHd sit ups
10 Kettlebell swings at 32/24kg
Try to stay focused on moving quickly and transitioning fast, but keep up those machine paces!
