Here’s an awesome Cossack Glide variation I’ve been playing with for a couple years for 🏒 Players. The wedge block allows us to be more sports specific in terms of foot position which adds more internal rotation. As he’s pushing laterally and transfers his weight over, he’s getting some resistance from the runrocket to help develop power in his strides. In this video, we are emphasizing the left side. We would then do the same on the opposite side. This exercise is also great for posture and midline. Give it a try‼️
