In the first game of the season, the SM Girls’ Lacrosse team defeated St. James. The first goal of the season was scored by senior Izzy Wong, who was a leading scorer of the game along with senior Brynn Delaney. In total they scored ten of the 15 goals. The lancers led at half time 8-6. Seven more goals were scored in the last half leading the lancers to a win 15 -14.
