One of my favorite hidden kayak spots in Louisiana! Less than 2 hours from New Orleans is Lake Martin! Old cypress trees, huge alligators, and tons of birds. This place is pure Louisiana magic. Rentals at Champagne’s Swamp Tours are $20/hr. Pro tip: bring a poboy and paddle your way through some of the best scenery in Louisiana.
