This was actually a lot of fun. Pretty steady movement. Love impact but high intensity with some rests.
Give it a shot! I did 23 today rounds of Cindy with row paces of 1:44/500 and 1:32/500.
Times like this Iām very glad I have a nice home gym. If you need some fitness today Go turn your brain off for an hour and get into it!
