Had to crank out some fitness today while the little guy napped. Nothing keeps you on task like a very serious deadline! šŸ˜‚ Todays nap time workout: 6 sets 1:30 Row @ 5km Pace 0:30 Row @ 2km Pace Rest 0:30 AMRAP 2:30 5 Pull ups 10 Push ups 15 Air Squats Rest 3:00 . This was actually a lot of fun. Pretty steady movement. Love impact but high intensity with some rests. Give it a shot! I did 23 today rounds of Cindy with row paces of 1:44/500 and 1:32/500. Times like this I’m very glad I have a nice home gym.
