The crash happened just before 7:30 p.m. March 29 on Franconia Road, about 1 mile north of Aliceville. Ariana C. Lang, 24, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, was fatally injured when the sedan she was driving ran off the road and into a ditch before hitting a brick culvert.
