🌎 DEKA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP DAY 1 🌎 This race started fast and stayed fast. I hit all of my splits on the ergs/assault bike and posted a 19:52 5k (6:23 min/mi). I felt super smooth in my transitions and efficient in the zones. I did absolutely everything I could. I PR'd my FIT by 2:51 on the biggest stage.
