HYROX NYC MEN'S OPEN🗽 1:08:01 - 1st u24 / 5th overall 🥇 Took on my first hyroxamerica race today to kickoff their 22/23 tour. Going into this race I was a little intimidated by the overall race length, sleds, and the inevitable spike/blow up. I had a time goal in mind (sub 1:15) & a gameplan to execute. Missions accomplished. I have been workin' extremely hard to keep my fitness high and running strong for DEKA and it translated nicely over at HYROX. Paced well through 5 (row), stepped on the gas, gave it everything I had left. I finished with a 75/25 split on the wallballs, stumbling over the finish line.
