Jan 11, 2025 1 hr / 3.8 km walk ✅ 20 min swim ✅ 20 min in the sauna ✅ 10 x deadlifts ✅ 10 x weighted squats ✅ 1km walk ✅ 3.5 games of bowling ✅ I’ve been craving bowling for a few weeks now and it was so fun - but I am sooooo bad at it 😭 It’s fun to see how my time in the pool and out for runs is adding up this month already - this week, I clocked over 40km of movement! Is it a lot?
