There is a specific way to breathe for every movement (that leads to better efficiency).
Each movement has its own cadence which means you have to be aware of your breathing rate for each.
Where you place your exhales is the key to efficiency.
The common feedback I get is “I get too out of breath, I can’t do that.”
You’re not willing to try is what I hear.
Just like learning a new skill or getting a PR takes practice, so does breathing.
