Thank you so much to everyone who donated and participated during last week’s Firemen’s Challenge. We were able to raise over $10,000 in support of our local San Marcos Fire Department, and congratulations to our winner txstdeltazeta Firefighters are among the least recognized first responders, and their departments often lack funding and essential equipment. As PIKEs, we recognize the struggle of these brave individuals who are integral to our society. The San Marcos Fire Department alone responds to hundreds of fires each year but suffers from equipment and funding shortages.
