According to court documents, Karlie has been awarded temporary spousal support for $18,537.50 a month. Belton also was ordered to stay away from his ex and have no contact with her. If you recall the two got engaged June 2024. ___________________________________ Records state Belton was arrested and charged with simple battery-family violence in February. Belton allegedly punched Karlie in the chin with a closed fist during a domestic altercation, when he accused her of just getting home.
