You guys know I'm all about the sugar here but sometimes I like to lighten things up a bit. These energy bites are perhaps one of the most wholesome recipes on the blog, but they still hit that sweet spot. And they're so EASY to make with just a few ingredients, no mixer, and no oven!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (125g)
• 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut (30g)
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (120g)
• 1/4 cup honey (60ml)
• 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
• 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 oz dark chocolate bar optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Combine old fashioned oats, shredded coconut, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flax seed (if using), vanilla extract, and salt in large bowl.
