My absolute FAVORITE Caesar Salad 🥗 Serve as a side salad or with seared salmon, grilled chicken, or shrimp! 🍤 Anchovy paste comes in a tube (like toothpaste, except anchovies!) and is available at most grocery stores. Check the aisle with pasta, tomato sauces and pesto. Tubes of anchovy pasteare usually next to the tubes of tomato paste, both in narrow rectangular boxes. I like to keep an extra box of each in the pantry; both are great for adding flavor and umami with very little effort. INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup Helmann’s Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons anchovy paste 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 1-2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to five days. 2.
