(25-30 count) shrimp, peeled β€’ 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil β€’ Salt and pepper, for seasoning β€’ 16 ounces Cookwell Green Chile Stew (about Β½ of a 33 oz. jar) β€’ Juice of Β½ lime β€’ ΒΌ cup chopped cilantro leaves For garnish: crumbled Queso fresco, cilantro leaves, lime wedges Instructions: 1.
