Detroit voters backed a $250M plan to tackle blight, and the results are in!
✅ 7,472 demolitions (8,200 by year-end)
✅ 8,800 homes sold (10,000+ by year-end)
✅ Land bank homes down from 47,000 to just 1,000
For the first time ever, the backlog is nearly gone—turning blight to beauty and transforming our city!
