You’ve got to try this delicious Sleepy Girl Mocktail!
Magnesium glycinate, chamomile tea, & tart cherry juice are great if you’re looking to support your sleep.
What you need:
-1⁄3 cup raspberries
-1⁄4 cup tart cherry juice
-6 oz chamomile tea, cooled
- lemon juice
-4-6 oz sparkling water
-1⁄2 tsp (adjust per serving size for you) unflavored magnesium glycinate powder
-Frozen cherries and/or ice cubes
-Rosemary for garnish
What to do:
1- In a shaker glass, combine all ingredients except for raspberries and shake until combined. 2- In your favorite glass, mash or muddle the raspberries.
3- Pour in the drink mixture, cherries/ice cubes, and rosemary.
4- Enjoy & relax!
