Top tips to enjoy the holiday & not feel like sh!t:

4 - Enjoy the foods and desserts you truly like! Donât feel forced into treats youâre not into and pick the ones you love. Savor them and know you can always get more.Â
5 - Walk or move around after your meal if you can! This can really help digestion.Â
