What you need:
*makes 2 servings
-4 cups water
-2 bags green tea or ginger tea
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp ground turmeric
-1 tsp ground ginger
-Pinch of cinnamon
-Pinch of black pepper
-Lemon & orange slices (optional)
What to do:
1- Boil the water and pour into a glass pitcher. Place the tea bags in to steep for 2-3 minutes.
2- Add in the fresh lemon juice, honey, ACV, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.
3- Stir until well combined.
4- Place the sliced lemon and oranges in the pitcher.
5- Pour some into your favorite mug and sip!
